"Sneaky" Pete Sessions
Pete Sessions has a record that proves he cares only about his own interests. He is a career politician for decades who does not care about district 17.
How is Pete "Sneaky"
A journey of desperation and greed.
He started his career in congress representing the Texas 5th district in 1997. When he realized he had done such a bad job, he could not win an election, he fled to the newly created 32nd district. He abandoned his constituents to insure he stayed in office.
In 2018, his constituents fired him, electing Colin Alred.
Of course, Sneaky Pete was desperate to get back to congress, he took the news Bill Flores was retiring and moved to his childhood hometown in Waco, to represent our mostly rural district despite living entirely in San Antonio and Dallas since middle school. He immediately showed his character.
During the pandemic, while Texans were being separated from dying loved ones, being forced to take vaccines or lose their jobs, and having their kids educations ruined, Sneaky Pete increased his net worth by $6 million.
During the Biden administration, while Texas was suffering under Bidenomics, he added another $3 million to his net worth.
After nearly 30 years of not representing Texans, its time to say, you're rich enough Sneaky Pete, you'r fired.
But how does Pete Legislate
His biggest brag is helping pass the balanced budget. He fails to mention that they left all the pork and scrapped our military. It took years to recover.
He spent a bunch of your money naming post office buildings after his donors.
He voted over 20 times to increase the federal budget.
He voted over 200 times to spend money that was not in the budget.
He voted over 20 times to restrict the rights of Americans, shielding big corporations, restricting the 2nd amendment, He also voted to allow the government to restrict and track how you spend your money and to spy on you. After the government abuse was, clear he voted to reauthorize it in 2015.
If that isn't unconscionable enough, he repeatedly voted to reauthorize secret FISA courts that violate the 4th amendment.
I'm sure I will add more as there seems to be a pattern, This is enough reason for me to believe we should send Sneaky Pete home for good.
